SpotADoc will always be FREE for visitors to view public content on the website. Subscribers will have access to additional information and features, also for FREE.
No, you do not have to be logged in to view results. However, you would have to subscribe to save provider profile pages for future reference.
As a subscriber, you would be able to bookmark providers, view health-related posts on our blog (coming soon), get exclusive access to our newsletter, and leave comments and reviews for providers (once enabled).

In order to post content directly on SpotADoc, you must be logged in to your account. Only you, or SpotADoc can edit your profile page. As accounts are password protected, it is important to keep your login information secured.
SpotADoc only allows secured, encrypted third party links on our website. However, you are solely responsible for vetting content and policies of other websites in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
You are also able to adjust your online privacy settings from your browser.
SpotADoc policies prohibit misuse of any content on our website, and will cooperate with any legal requests to address any violations brought to our attention, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

This service is not yet available, but once enabled, will only be available to logged in subscribers who have had their identities confirmed in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Subscribers are solely responsible and liable for any and all content posted to our website.
The lists are updated as they are made available to SpotADoc. For example, the current physicians listing is from the 2022 Bahamas Medical Council listing, but physicians who have been added since can always update their profile on SpotADoc.
No. Only actual providers may create, add to, or edit their listing. You may suggest a provider using our Contact form.
Once you refine your search to a specific category of provider (eg. by specialty), a local map with a default location will be visible.
If enabled by the provider, once you click on them you will see their location pin/business address on the map.
Please use our Contact form and provide as much detail as possible. We will take all reasonable suggestions under consideration.

SpotADoc is a dedicated health care provider website.
Persons no longer need to sift through thousands of people and businesses just to find you, like on other websites. Once they know your name or your field, your profile is just a few clicks away.
Also, some websites will not allow visitors to see your information without logging in. With SpotADoc persons can view your profile without having to have a subscription.
Your name and field/specialty are automatically listed once you are in active practice and registered with your local regulatory body (e.g. the Bahamas Medical Council for physicians practicing in The Bahamas).
When you choose to claim or submit your listing, you can post your address and contact information for FREE.
Should you choose to add more information, such as your picture, a bio, operating hours or your location (via Google Maps), paid submission options are available.
The features of the plans are outlined below. Pricing and other specifics can be viewed once you submit or claim your listing. Please note that you are automatically subscribed to SpotADoc once you submit or claim your listing.
LITE
This free plan gives viewers your vital business information. Note, only one company name and data allowed. Only one general listing entry is allowed per provider.
PREMIUM
This plan is suitable for most providers.
With your listing, you will be able to show expanded contact info and a professional photo with your profile, as well as display your operational hours/days and services.
You will also have up to 3 Clickables (actionable links such as website, phone and email) in your listing.
Priority email support is available, with responses within 3 business days.
Your information will also be in the general directory.
EXECUTIVE
In addition to the benefits of the Premium Plan, you will have expedited tech support, with options for email, message or live responses usually same day, but guaranteed within 2 days.
You can have up to five (5) separate listings (eg. for each Specialty or Health Facility), with Google Map integration.
You will also have up to five (5) Clickables (actionable links such as websites, phone and email) per listing, and dedicated Social Media buttons.
Your listings will also be in the general directory.
In addition, you will be also receive a digital copy of a QR code designed for each of your listings, which you can use without restriction.
You will also have priority access with any promotional activities or events organized or hosted by SpotADoc.
No. SpotADoc only corresponds with individual providers regarding listings and any related transactions. Having someone other than the listed provider access and operate your account on your behalf would represent a breach of our Terms and Conditions and may result in suspension and/or termination of your account.
As per our Terms and Conditions, you must have permission to post any and all content you upload to SpotADoc. If the content is copyrighted to someone else, it is your responsibility to secure permission from the copyright holder to post said content. SpotADoc will not be held liable for any copyright violations associated with, or as a result of any content you post. You are also encouraged to contact your local regulatory/licensing body if you have any specific queries about rules for posting your online content.
As a listed provider, you are also automatically subscribed to SpotADoc, and on occasion, will receive the newsletter, as well as other important information and updates primarily via email.
SpotADoc accepts direct deposit, cash/cheque (providers in New Providence, Bahamas only), and digital payments (credit/debit card, Sanddollar, mobile transfer) through the SunCash App. Payments processed online are secured as per SunCash policies.
To claim your listing, just go to your profile page and click “Claim Listing”. You will be directed to select your plan and provide additional information. Once your submission is processed, your profile should be updated within three (3) business days.
On the menu mar of any page, click “Submit Listing” at the end of the homepage, or “Add Listing” from the menu options on any page. You will be directed to select your plan and enter your information. The wait period from when you submit, to your profile being updated would be dependent on verification of the information you provided.
SpotADoc has methods for determining and confirming the identity of providers before publishing any content to a profile, including, but not limited to, submission of identification, direct call, and the requirement for providers to have accounts with SpotADoc in order to have their profiles claimed.
